In order for a complete understanding of your health, an in-dept intake is crucial so I understand your individuality. Topics including lifestyle, diet, past medical history, family history, medications, sleep, stress, etc., are all discussed before any recommendations are made A through intake allows for understanding and determining root cause.

Where necessary, lab testing/blood work is recommended and suggested to determine any imbalances and deficiencies. It is important to me that I present all evidence-informed tools to you so we can determine the best route for treatment. Testing is not always required for everyone, but may be beneficial in determining the root cause.

An individualized treatment plan will include lifestyle and nutritional/diet support, supplementation where necessary, and future steps. All recommendations made will be evidence-informed and safe.
